- He said that I need to stop focusing on getting lean because I've no where to lose. I'm not sure I concur with that statement. I've definitely got extra fluff on my stomach and hips. He said my legs are muscular and my upper body just needs strengthening. And the rest of me needs toning which will happen as I get stronger. He told me that I already eat healthy and I just to cut back on fats and to make sure I'm eating enough calories. That's how I'm going to build lean muscle. So I'll follow the diet plan of my nutritionist which is high protein, low fat and has some complex carbs. I'll still track just to be aware of my fat and carb percentages for the day.
- Tony and another trainer, Roger, spoke to me about my body goals and it's funny how I see myself versus how they see me. I see problem areas, they see muscle. But I'm also wearing compression gear. Compression gear is a girl's best friend...

- Remember Lily (to be called Lilith from now on)? She's 10 weeks old now and still super adorbs. She's a licker and a toe biter. She hasn't really gotten bigger since I last saw her but she has gotten fluffier. One of these days I may just smuggle her out of my sister's house in my computer bag. Just for a day. I miss having a dog, but I'm still not ready. When I get another one, it will be an older dog from a rescue and only after my cats are gone, Bringing a dog into this house with Smitty would kill her for sure. She's a very nervous and unwelcoming cat. And I need to keep her around as long as possible. She's my haiku muse...
